Yes, we provide regular updates on your home’s status while you’re away. You can choose the frequency and method of communication, whether through email, text, facetime or phone calls, to ensure you’re always informed and have peace of mind. We will also FaceTime you to update clients on the status of their home and pets.
We ask that you book our service ASAP. 50% of the total amount must be paid at the time booking with the balance paid on the day before the Home Sitting is to begin. Any and all cancellation of Service requires a minimum of 3 days notice. Any cancellation of less than 3 days will be subject to a 10% of the total amount of the Full Service that has been cancelled plus H.S.T. or $200.00 plus H.S.T., whichever is greater. All payments are by E-transfer or Cash if you prefer.
Before you leave we will ask you to provide us with a 24 hour number where we can reach you in the event of an Emergency. For Pets the name and number of your Vet, for your household, a 24 hour Contractor or Repair Person. We will make sure to keep you in the loop of everything that is happening as it is happening.
Our fees are based on length of booking and if the property is Residential or Commercial. We can work within most budgets. Peace of Mind is not expensive. Currently we are offering our Winter Special where every 8th. day is free with each booking of 10 days or longer.
